New Mach is Insane!! I ordered a new Mach 1 in January and it finally came in July. Val was awesome and made everything easy from the moment the car was shipped out. Every time I’ve gone to Grapevine Ford everyone has been nice which is why I went back and got my car from them. Val and Garry are exceptional, please see them if you want to get a new car!!

Typical Sleazy Sales Tactics The website has predatory false pricing…. Salesmen were sleazy liars who used the tactics that gave this industry a bad name and kept people away from dealerships. They advertise a low price but when you get there there is an “addendum” of $2500 On new vehicles…. Or “That one isn’t in stock anymore” even though the website clearly stated it was still in stock and I was able to find it by walking around.
