Nothing more to add to this review. Very good job Stopped in to “look”….but left with a new truck. My salesman, Rayshard, was very respectful, very knowledgeable, and found me the vehicle I wanted at a price that was fair to me and Grapevine. I never felt pressured… Additionally, Andrew in finance was very efficient and effective. The rate given was equal to my credit union. Overall, great job.

Good I was disappointed for not allowing outside finance. I was ready to go with my credit union for pre approved finance but I was denied that pleasure, reason I don’t know. My credit reports was every where because of that. My sales man was okay, but the system wasn’t too fair. I finally got the car and will be financed by my credit union on a better rate. Great buying experience Great experience today at grapevine Lincoln. Worked with Matt Hoopes over several texts to find the car we wanted for our daughter. All finance paperwork filled out prior to arrival. Car was waiting out front after a morning detailing for us. We test drove the car and went straight to financial services. Exceptional system from all facets Amazing experience in getting Lincoln Corsair. Michael is the most courteous and helpful car salesman I have ever met in my life.
