Excellent Service & Salesperson! If I could give greater than 5 stars I would. Rashard S. was amazing to work with!! He was very personable and helpful during the car buying process. He was very responsive the night before we came in for an appointment and then was with us every step of the way making sure we were taken care of, especially having a rambunctious 2yr old with us. Willie did an amazing job as well. I would definitely recommend both of them to friends and family!

A very good auto shopping experience. To begin the dealership had a good number of vehicles in stock. Probably more in one place than other dealers in the Metroplex in my experience. I was greeted promptly when I arrived and just about everyone I met was friendly. Michael Massey, my sales guy, was immediately helpful and as important was knowledgeable in all the vehicles I asked about. The business office and sales man were amazing! I contacted the dealership to make sure that the vehicle I wanted was on the lot and it was so I made the hour drive up from Terrell to test drive and purchase the bronco sport and Steven was an amazing sales person and I will most definitely be recommending people to go to Grapevine Ford to purchase their next vehicle!
