One of the best buying experiences I have had Everyone was polite, not just the employees that are engaged in selling the vehicles ! The Sales Force didn’t use “Strongarm” tactics to induce you in buying a vehicle, they were definitely trying to give you the best price available and still make a profit that management would accept !

Amazing experience My husband and I went in to see what our options were for trading in my Ford Escape. We did not go in with the intention of buying a car, however working with Jo was one of the best experiences we had. She was extremely kind, friendly and personable. Outstanding and Honest Experience Despite all the uncontrollable delays in production, the Grapevine Ford team and Jake in particular were incredibly informative, transparent, and helpful through the whole process. There were literally ZERO hidden fees or any additional nonsense that I did not approve tacked onto the price, which I cannot emphasize how much confidence that inspired me to have as a buyer.
