Our salesman, Michael Massey, was very courteous and knowledgeable on every aspect of the 2021 Navigator without the aid of a manual! Thanks to sales manager Brad Moran for his help in sealing the deal. Thanks to the very personable finance manager Garry Johnson for quickly getting us on our way home in our new Navigator.
Stopped by Saturday at the parts department around 930am and the parts salesman was helping an employee. Also he had another person hold and he made sure to let the caller know he would be with them in a few minutes while also letting me know give him a few minutes. The money shot was after he wrapped up the call while helping his co worker another co worker tried to skip me and he stopped that person in his tracks to take care of me. That's how its done blueprint!
Salesman was very well versed in the many features of the car and did a good job in explaining them——- co-operate and willing to help

Very straightforward and easy purchase process. Dealt with James and very satisfied. Process of test drive and inspection was both thorough and efficient. All my questions were addressed in a professional manner.
Sandy Smith in sales was great to work with very friendly and helpful. Received different pricing from different sales people which I did not like. Would have been 5 star except for the amount of time it took. Wait for pricing and financing too long.
Overall great experience. Very knowledgeable staff and explained all the bells and whistles thoroughly. Michael was great and made sure I got just what I wanted .
