Excellence We had a great experience with Grapevine Lincoln ford. This is my second Lincoln . Not only do we love the product but the employees have always been so professional and courteous. Our sales representative, Audrey was impressively knowledgeable on the vehicle and very personable. Even with prior scheduled maintenance our prior service writer (I think his name was Jeremy) was awesome. We know we will be taken care of. That’s why we returned! !

Great customer experience. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and Matthew Jackson was amazing. He was very informative, patient and not pushy. I expressed my timeline and he didn’t harass me every day. The entire process was very seamless. The sales managers are a little more aggressive though.....which was really the only thing that was off putting.
