Impressive! Amazing experience! It was very peaceful and easy and I got a better deal than I ever could have imagined. Great service from the used car team Quick response from Tuna. Made an inquiry about a used F-150. We texted on and off through the morning. Made an appt for 3:30. I arrived at 2:30 Tuna was with a customer so Tye helped me for most of the negotiation. Tye was super friendly and easy to talk to. Other than the back and forth several time with his mgr it was a great experience. Financing was a breeze. Total transaction 3.5 hrs of my time. Truck was detailed and full of fuel. All in all a Great experience.

Best service I was on my third dealership, and they were offering about the same as the other two places. Thanks to Val and Andrew continuing to work with me, I was able to stay. We found middle ground, and it wasn’t nearly as unpleasant as I thought it would be. Go to Grapevine Ford!

Patient sales team Maxwell Wilkerson was patient with my wife and me while we tried to figure out exactly what car we wanted. He hung in with us for hours and we eventually found one we liked. Good overall experience.

Great value and nice dealership We were looking for a car for our 16 year old and found it at Grapevine Ford. It was a good price so it saved the usual haggling. We also got the Black Friday discount so that was a nice bonus! We were also looking for the extended warranty as it was a used Ford and felt that Ford had the best extended warranty at a great price. Positive Dealership Experience We started our Bronco journey with Jacob Heddins in July 2020, took delivery in November, 2021. We ordered a white but Ford sent us a black one. Dru in finance worked great with our credit union and got us out the door smiling. Markus helped me order another Bronco and look forward to working with you again.
