Easy as it should be. I called in after reviewing trucks online. I spoke with DJ Belt. Simply asked for information to be emailed back to me. He jumped right on it and gave me excellent information. Set up an appointment for today. Came in and purchased. Pretty much just like that. Easy and hassle free. Excellent in my opinion. The way it should be.

Great experience The whole experience was great. I traveled 5 hours to this dealership and they had everything ready for. Everyone was nice and courteous. Would definitely travel there to purchase another vehicle.

Great Dealership Experience. Ken was great! I hate going to dealerships period and he made us feel welcomed and made everything smooth and simple. He had our vehicle up and ready to take it for a drive upon our arrival. Don't mention the video he sent before we got there. Awesome. Would totally recommend!

Easy car buying process with great customer servic Grapevine Ford Lincoln exceeded my car buying experience. The process from beginning to end was very fast, professional and I purchased a nice vehichle at a great price. Best part was my sales representative Enrique and the Finance Manager Garry.
