Great New Car Buying Experience I bought a new car here recently and actually enjoyed the experience the entire way through. Everyone I dealt with was patient and remained cheerful even when I asked a million questions and flip flopped between cars. Between Naob, Andrew, and David I was in and out within a couple of hours with a car that exceeded the features I wanted and came in below the price I expected. I highly recommend coming here and know my family will come to Ford Grapevine in the future.

Awesome buying experience! Great experience! Ty was awesome! He was very patient and answered all my questions. He made me feel like he was representing me in earnest. Awesome car buying experience! Best car buying experience I’ve had in all of my 59 years! I highly recommend Grapevine Ford and my sales manager Keaton Rowley. He was very patient with me as I stumbled through trying to unfreeze my SS number. He had also sent me a video he made of the truck I was interested in and ended up buying. Very nice touch! Taking the pain out of buying a Vehicle This was my third and last dealership before I would give up on buying a new vehicle. The first two dealerships I was disappointed in the experience. I was prepared to be told NO or to say NO for this transaction. Michael Massey did not push or dig he made sure I understood I had a choice. There was no haggling during this process. I got a badass Bronco today! It was fun! Which says a whole lot when you are buy a car. Everyone was super friendly and easy going. Jacob answered all my ?s and when I text him he always replied. Finance guy, sorry can’t remember his name, but he was fast, courteous and didn’t pressure me. I loved my experience!
