Great experience The whole experience was great. I traveled 5 hours to this dealership and they had everything ready for. Everyone was nice and courteous. Would definitely travel there to purchase another vehicle.

Great Dealership Experience. Ken was great! I hate going to dealerships period and he made us feel welcomed and made everything smooth and simple. He had our vehicle up and ready to take it for a drive upon our arrival. Don't mention the video he sent before we got there. Awesome. Would totally recommend!

Easy car buying process with great customer servic Grapevine Ford Lincoln exceeded my car buying experience. The process from beginning to end was very fast, professional and I purchased a nice vehichle at a great price. Best part was my sales representative Enrique and the Finance Manager Garry. These two will make the process easy, they were very professional, knowledgable and friendly. In the future I'd definently purchase from Grapevine Ford Lincoln and again.

Great New Car Buying Experience I bought a new car here recently and actually enjoyed the experience the entire way through. Everyone I dealt with was patient and remained cheerful even when I asked a million questions and flip flopped between cars. Between Naob, Andrew, and David I was in and out within a couple of hours with a car that exceeded the features I wanted and came in below the price I expected. I highly recommend coming here and know my family will come to Ford Grapevine in the future.

Awesome buying experience! Great experience! Ty was awesome! He was very patient and answered all my questions. He made me feel like he was representing me in earnest.
