Patient and helpful I worked with Robert, Michael, and Garry to ultimately find the right car for me. It took some time to figure out between the different models what would work, but Robert and Michael were patient and helped the entire way. I'm very pleased with our final choice!

Sales team and finance stayed late to help. Ryan took good care of me. Stayed late and was patient with me when I was trying to prove my proof of residence despite my apps being difficult. I also appreciate Garry. He was quick and got me where I needed to be.

Followup to previous review In a previous review I reported some issues that I had while purchasing my 2021 Ford Range at Grapevine Ford. I was contacted by Cameron Martin (Director or something I'm not good at titles). Anyway, we discussed my issues and he was able to resolve them, not just to my satisfaction, but well beyond. I strongly recommend that you purchase your next vehicle at Grapevine. While you're there make sure to check out the new Rangers.

Great buying experience at Grapevine Ford!! Marcus and Andrew were great to work with. They went above and beyond to find an F150 that was suitable to both my liking and my budget. They were extremely professional in helping me purchase my vehicle over the phone. Upon arrival Marcus gave me the grand tour of my new truck which was ready to drive off of the lot. The financing department was great, they had me on my way no time. Best new vehicle purchase I’ve ever had.
