Chris was Amazing! We came in with intentions to trade in my car to lower my monthly payment. We didn’t want a small car but a smaller SUV. Chris took his time with us and spent the better part of a few hours letting us look at different cars. He was patient, friendly and very professional. In the past car buying experiences have taken days, we were in and out within 3 and a half hours with a new to us ride. He was seriously the most amazing salesman I have ever dealt with. Suhhhhh dude!! Went with my mom to trade in her base model GMC Canyon that was overpriced to begin with. Grapevine Ford helped her get into an even better deal than expected! Best experience ever at a dealership! Big thanks to Mikey and Kal!!!

Customer We have been in contact with Michael Massey for a few months prior to our visit to the dealership. Mr. Massey has checked in with us with information about the Lincoln model we were interested in. He was never pushy but patient until we were ready to buy. Excellent experience, gave detailed explanation on all the bells and whistles on our new Nautilus. Kal Ettarfaoui in finance was also excellent walking us through the paper signing!! We feel we have made an amazing deal with the help of Michael and Kal.

Found my car Initial feeing was that this dealership was going to be a great buying experience. I was greeted immediately and had at least 5 people pass within a 2 minute time frame and ask if I had been helped. For a rainy afternoon, it started on a bright note. Julian, my salesperson came out, greeted me, did paperwork and was really great about asking questions and giving information during the test drive.
