Chris was Amazing! We came in with intentions to trade in my car to lower my monthly payment. We didn’t want a small car but a smaller SUV. Chris took his time with us and spent the better part of a few hours letting us look at different cars. He was patient, friendly and very professional. Customer We have been in contact with Michael Massey for a few months prior to our visit to the dealership. Mr. Massey has checked in with us with information about the Lincoln model we were interested in. He was never pushy but patient until we were ready to buy. Excellent experience, gave detailed explanation on all the bells and whistles on our new Nautilus. Kal Ettarfaoui in finance was also excellent walking us through the paper signing!! Found my car Initial feeing was that this dealership was going to be a great buying experience. I was greeted immediately and had at least 5 people pass within a 2 minute time frame and ask if I had been helped. For a rainy afternoon, it started on a bright note.
