I went to Honda of Cleveland and did not have a pleasant experience. Immediately, I went here. I had been driving a Hyundai for a loaner car for a week and knew I really liked them. I was immediately greeted by Craig, he was so friendly and welcoming. He told me he would do everything he could to make sure I left in a 2020 Elantra and he sure did! I was a little stressed about buying a new car but he made it a fun process! Highly recommend this place and Craig!
We had a wonderful experience today buying a new Tucson. Our salesman Rick was outstanding and took the time to walk my daughter through every feature of her new vehicle. The finance department was smooth and easy with no surprises or pushing me to buy any type of extended coverage. We would definitely buy from Gray Epperson again and will definitely recommend them to all our family and friends!
