This was my first time to use their service department. They were very personable with the service, answering all my questions, and explaining the particular service I was getting. They finished the service, while I waited in their comfortable waiting area, sooner than I expected. It was a pleasant experience overall.
I live in N Ga and Dalton is closer but since that shop is no longer available, this was next choice. I'd received an email for recalls, opened link & made appt online. We made arrangements to leave 🚗 & go 🛒. It was a pure pleasure. This will be my next car dealership when it comes time to trade. The service writer was amazingly friendly, cooperative & efficient. This is our Fourth car that we have purchased from Gray Epperson automotive and have always been treated very nicely. I plan on purchasing another truck in the future and will be going back here for that one also

I went in for my routine maintenance 15,000 miles. I was quoted $111 for the bill KMan surprisingly and $87. I was quite surprised, I anticipate at the $111. The shop was rather small compared to a larger dealer but they had everything you needed. I was pleased I would recommend.
