The agent that met with us was friendly and easy-going. He never pushed us to make a decision. When we were ready to buy, he found a financer even when our credit score was low. The customer service rep built a personal relationship with us and helped anytime we had a problem or concern. The installation team was fast and was working when the temperature was 3 degrees and the windchill was -11. They had our patio enclosure built in 3 days. It is a trustful company to hire and work with.

I meet with *********************** regarding a sun room in my back yard , he did a excellent job explaining the project, the design and the cost which I like , I will go head talk to my loan officer work things out and hopefully will go head with projects ounce I finish doing my homework.

We have had our Patio Enclosure got 15-years. It's the best investment we have made. The glass upgrade will be the "frosting on the cake". Our Design Consultant, *************************, was very informative, knew his stuff extremely well. Any concerns, questions were quickly addressed. We are looking forward to the install and future use of our enclosure. Thanks **** for making this purchase go so smoothly.

We contracted for a 3 season enclosure of our existing screened porch in August. Tomaz, our salesperson, was very helpful and responsive to our input. We were given a 16 week lead time and were always kept informed of our order through the local office,**. Field measures went well for the order. Our order was about 3 weeks late because of pandemic supply chain issues. The installation crew came of site for a 3 day period. The lead installer, Petre, was very skilled and professional.
