After 20 years of having our sun porch completed by Patio Enclosures, we called them for a small repair on a corner seam. We were able to schedule a service call at our convenience. Our service technician, *****, arrived on time, did a great job of not only repairing the seam but of matching the new piece with the older trim work, and cleaned up thoroughly. I was interested in getting new screens for my ******windows. I had trouble getting the screen in and out. I was contacted by ***** ***** who told me about the new Flex screens that they were using now. I ordered them and when they came in she had ***** come and show me how to put them in. I am very happy with how everything went. Could't have been any better. Thank you.

Love my Patio enclosure. There was a defect in the screen after installation. They immediately returned and made the correction. Very pleased with the sales man, *********************.. He was very knowledgeable and took time to show us a nearby neighbor clients enclosure that would look similar to ours.Also ****** was so helpful and kept me informed as to time they would come for installation.

From start to finish we had a very positive experience and are now enjoying a beautiful sunroom. We are contractors as well so good communication and customer service are just as important to us as the quality of the work. Top notch all the way around on our project. I loved that we had a person dedicated to keeping us posted on every step of the project. Everyone from the estimator to the installers to the office personnel were friendly, competent & attentive.
