I contracted with Patio Enclosures /Great Day Improvements in the fall of 2021. I was hoping the room would be ready by Christmas but due to COVID and other issues it was not. While we did encounter several bumps along the way, their office manager ***********************, kept me apprised of the status to the best of her ability. I also worked very closely with the *************************, the area manager. Excellent service from start to finish! This was a surprise Christmas gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves it! It's our cozy little area to keep warm and enjoy the sunshine during the cold weather. Everyone has been awesome to work with, from sales to customer service, and **** and his installation team, great quality workmanship and product! I highly recommend them!

Very slow about getting started with the work . We placed our order way back in July. Was told it would take about 16 weeks . Not very good in communication. We were waiting on inspections, but did not find out until a month later the inspector had already been out and failed the inspection. We received a letter and thats how we found out the septic tank had to be inspected and the area, where the sunroom was to be built, had to be flagged.

We had a great experience with Great Day Improvements (Patio Enclosures). From the salesman that visited initially, to the measuring guy, to the office staff, and to the installation team - everyone operated in a highly professional manner. We are thrilled the the results and the quality of the workmanship. The only slight criticism I would give is on the communication.
