I talked with a representative via phone call about scheduling to have a few repairs on my sunroom. I have been so impressed with the service I have been provided! Talking with him and getting it scheduled was an easy process and **** was my repair guy and was outstanding! He was on time and helpful with information and getting the repair done. Overall I am very satisfied with my Patio Enclosure, but there was a journey to get there. The problem started when the salesman sold us a plan with a 30" sliding door entry/exit (wheelchair) and the installation crew shows up and installs a door with only 24" opening. Needless to say we were not happy and thank God I had saved the file from the salesmen showing the wider door. The company did replace the wall and smaller door with a new wall and the wider 30" door but it took several weeks to get the new parts and schedule ... read more
