While it is still early in my project it has been a pleasure to work with my consultant ******. He listened to my needs and concerns and explained everything that was going to take place. Monday 5-10-2021 Your representative **** ******** arrived as scheduled to review our ideas of making upgrades to our existent patio enclosure. In this case more of a complete makeover. ****was friendly, sure and efficient with explanation of possible options that might 2meet our needs as well as pointing out the virtues of product, warranty and efficiency. We tried to find a architect to do our patio and deck but it was too expensive. **** ******** came out and with all his years of experience was able to hook us up with a decking person for cheaper than his own company, and get us a price that was half that of the architect. Really excited for our new enclosed patio!!!

I had three windows replaced today under stank warranty. Windows were purchased in 2002, ***** *****was totally a pleasure to deal with. Professional and efficient, well done. I DID NOT expect this level of service, so I’m more than pleased. Two installers, victor and Bernard were also great, friendly, masked!, took shoes off!., totally efficient. Two more great employees.
