Excellent service from start to finish! This was a surprise Christmas gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves it! It's our cozy little area to keep warm and enjoy the sunshine during the cold weather. Everyone has been awesome to work with, from sales to customer service, and **** and his installation team, great quality workmanship and product! I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Great Day Improvements (Patio Enclosures). From the salesman that visited initially, to the measuring guy, to the office staff, and to the installation team - everyone operated in a highly professional manner. We are thrilled the the results and the quality of the workmanship. The only slight criticism I would give is on the communication. The agent that met with us was friendly and easy-going. He never pushed us to make a decision. When we were ready to buy, he found a financer even when our credit score was low. The customer service rep built a personal relationship with us and helped anytime we had a problem or concern. The installation team was fast and was working when the temperature was 3 degrees and the windchill was -11. They had our patio enclosure built in 3 days. It is a trustful company to hire and work with.

I meet with *********************** regarding a sun room in my back yard , he did a excellent job explaining the project, the design and the cost which I like , I will go head talk to my loan officer work things out and hopefully will go head with projects ounce I finish doing my homework.
