We enclosed our covered patio with screen/glass windows and a sliding door. Patio Enclosure was a good company to work with, but not perfect. The sales associate was friendly, informative, and returned phone calls in a timely fashion. He had left off an effort of work that needed to be done. Therefore, the contract needed to be modified, but the effort was priced lower than normal due to being missed on the original contract. I contracted with Patio Enclosures /Great Day Improvements in the fall of 2021. I was hoping the room would be ready by Christmas but due to COVID and other issues it was not. While we did encounter several bumps along the way, their office manager ***********************, kept me apprised of the status to the best of her ability. I also worked very closely with the *************************, the area manager. Excellent service from start to finish! This was a surprise Christmas gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves it! It's our cozy little area to keep warm and enjoy the sunshine during the cold weather. Everyone has been awesome to work with, from sales to customer service, and **** and his installation team, great quality workmanship and product! I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Great Day Improvements (Patio Enclosures). From the salesman that visited initially, to the measuring guy, to the office staff, and to the installation team - everyone operated in a highly professional manner. We are thrilled the the results and the quality of the workmanship. The only slight criticism I would give is on the communication.
