Patio Enclosures replaced an existing sunroom during the cold winter and did a wonderful job. The workmen replaced everything needed--windows, panels to the floor, and a sliding door. The workmen removed damaged wood on the floor walls, and just did not cover it up. No short cuts were observed. The staff I had contact with were professional but pleasant and friendly from the manager, ****, the salesman (*******) who was great in helping me make the right decision, and the workmen (***** and *****). Thank You.

We enclosed our covered patio with screen/glass windows and a sliding door. Patio Enclosure was a good company to work with, but not perfect. The sales associate was friendly, informative, and returned phone calls in a timely fashion. He had left off an effort of work that needed to be done. Therefore, the contract needed to be modified, but the effort was priced lower than normal due to being missed on the original contract. I contracted with Patio Enclosures /Great Day Improvements in the fall of 2021. I was hoping the room would be ready by Christmas but due to COVID and other issues it was not. While we did encounter several bumps along the way, their office manager ***********************, kept me apprised of the status to the best of her ability. Excellent service from start to finish! This was a surprise Christmas gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves it! It's our cozy little area to keep warm and enjoy the sunshine during the cold weather. Everyone has been awesome to work with, from sales to customer service, and **** and his installation team, great quality workmanship and product! I highly recommend them!
Outstanding, thorough, detailed information and friendly customer service. Presentation was helpful. **** and **** were extremely knowledgeable and engaging.
