From the very beginning of my process of looking for someone to enclose my patio, I knew I didn’t need to look any further once **** got done with his presentation . The work was done in the time that I expected. ****** did a great job installing everything in one day. **** **** took care of any glitches that occurred . I never felt I was bothering anyone when I called them. ***** tweaked any issues to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you all for a wonderful addition to my home.<br /> <br /> <br />

We are very pleased with our newly installed screened patio enclosure (screen only.) Their overall Sales, Client Service, Installation and Billing folks were great! Our Lead installer, *****, holds ~20 years tenure with the business. He and his partner, ******, were very professional and external client oriented. We worked with **** to to finalize our or sunroom , and he was a pleasure to work with. He was flexible with his time and was able to come back to finish the 1st consultation. **** gave us multiple options and and a few tips that would enhance the area. The product demonstration was informative and the products looked and felt high end. Highly recommend **** and Patio Enclosures.<br /> <br /> <br />

I talked with a representative via phone call about scheduling to have a few repairs on my sunroom. I have been so impressed with the service I have been provided! Talking with him and getting it scheduled was an easy process and **** was my repair guy and was outstanding! He was on time and helpful with information and getting the repair done. Because of the high quality of service from him I will no doubt always recommend Patio Enclosures!Thank you for the quick response and positive experience!

Overall I am very satisfied with my Patio Enclosure, but there was a journey to get there. The problem started when the salesman sold us a plan with a 30" sliding door entry/exit (wheelchair) and the installation crew shows up and installs a door with only 24" opening. Needless to say we were not happy and thank God I had saved the file from the salesmen showing the wider door. The company did replace the wall and smaller door with a new wall and the wider 30" door but it took several weeks to get the new parts and schedule ... read more

Amazing customer service. ****** is attentive and pays close attention to detail to ensure he captures your needs and designs your projects exactly how you want them. We especially enjoyed how well he explained everything to include but not limited to materials, installation procedures and processes, timeline expectations, and any applicable suggestions to ensure we get our money's worth. I'd recommend them a million times! Call them today!
