My salesman, ****, was very good - he took time to understand what we were looking for and how much we wanted to invest, explained the process and the options, showed pictures and a 3 D model, and the end result was very positive for my mother, who is 88 years old! After explaining what I was interested in accomplishing, ****, my design consultant, analyzed the current situation with my deck. He was extremely thorough in explaining what would need to be done and gave me options on how to transform my existing deck into a 3 season living area. We are very pleased with our patio enclosure. We live on a busy street and it reduced traffic noise. Our neighbors gave us so many positive comments on our home's new appearance. Our service representative, **** ********, was easy to work with and he followed up throughout the whole process. He continues to check in on us to make sure we are still happy with this addition. This review is for the Boston, MA branch. We recently enclosed a screen porch and updated a small deck from wood to composite. It was a large project because the wood on both porch and deck was rotted and needed to be completely ripped out and re-built. ****, our salesman spent several hours with us to get what we wanted, not to mention a few adjustments along the way. ***came out to do all the measuring.
