My wife and I were very pleased with our meeting with the Design Consultant from Patio Enclosures. He spent over 3 hours with us looking at the house, discussing options, making suggestions and answering all our questions. Having his ***tool helped visualize our plan. We went through the final result line by line, discussing every detail and a timeline. At this point our experience has been all good.

Patio Enclosures advised me that there was a possible backlog that would delay the installation two months from my signing. The materials came in a month early, so did the installation. The team that came out worked continually, except for lunch. They left my patio and yard cleaner than they when they started the work. The only hiccup was the communication between the company and the contractors. The company should give the contractor confirmation of the installation time. We purchased our Patio Enclosures 3 season room in 1999 … it has withstood the test of time and just recently we needed our first repair … a seal failed on a skylight. I decided to request all 4 skylights to be replaced because when I had the skylights recently washed by a window company they advised me that the other 3 skylights showed signs of dry rot.
