Allow me first and foremost to state that I was one of those people who thought I could NEVER get bedbugs. After hearing so many horror stories and moreso after Hurricane Sandy caused so many infestations, I never thought "this can happen to me". Mainly they put down glue traps all over the house, easily accessed by our two cats. We have had minor bug problems, mostly in the basement and garden floor apartment, but we could have done the glue-strip treatment ourselves! And our cats would have thanked us for kitty-proof placement. Very good service. The worker was friendly, able and willing to explain what he was doing, and very thorough. Everything went well and within a couple of weeks my home was mice free. I highly recommend this company. <br />
