We were being bitten. They had dogs come in and the dogs found that there were bed bugs in both our home and in our offices which are in the same building although, in each apartment, they were only in one area. They gave us an option of either a chemical treatment which would have had to be repeated over the course of a few weeks and the heat treatment which, although much more expensive, would be immediately effective. Although timing ultimately didn't work out for us, so we did not end up using Green Earth for our extermination,, I felt the need to review them for their advice and professionalism. Josh, Carey, and co. helped educate me on my problem and potential solutions. They were prompt and responsive throughout. Again, although they did not end up performing my extermination, they were a valuable, professional resource even after I told them I had to choose another company for scheduling reasons. I was concerned when they said I didn't have anything but afterwards whatever it was, disappeared. When people are concerned about bed beds they could probably be sold anything, but they were completely honest with me and I felt they weren’t pushing further services. It turned out good and everything appears to be ok.
