I enjoyed the service. The appointment was quick and the fees were explained. I had the service person come in on time and had the process explained before he performed services. He did work diligently and pointed out where the mouse droppings were, applied fixes, and very well in communicating what he was doing, removing any mysteries out of the process. Terrific service. We contacted Josh Alpert, the owner, by phone and sent him a picture of the beetle. He immediately responded, identified it, told us what needed to be done to prepare, recommended a great preparation firm, and sent over Peter Santos to do the actual extermination as soon as the prep work was done. Peter was great, very kind, articulate, and reassuring. The exterminator who arrived at my apartment, Oz, was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the processes and gave me useful tips. Oz exterminated 2 apartments, mine and my mother's. Overall I am very satisfied with their service and, so far, I believe the extermination to be successful

Their service was excellent. They came and sprayed the house. The also came back a second time, without charge, to make sure the problem did not come back.

Thank you very much for reviewing your experience with our service and most of all, for your business! :) To clarify, we do not offer free follow-up services however you said that your situation became out of control within a day or two from when we were there and we did not want to leave you hanging, so we did come back to evaluate the situation and while we were there we provided some additional measures to the bathroom, but that is not our typical protocol.
My coop was unhappy with our regular exterminator's handling of a bedbug problem in our building, so we hired Green Earth to come to our building to do some inspections of apartments we needed to have checked out. The technicians were extremely thorough in their inspection, compared to what the regular exterminator did.
