The facility was showed on line to be pristine air does not work upstairs, black mold, bedbugs, fountains don’t work no hot water. Otherwise the only thing you have to do is get to class and do the work. Therapist were great !

Place is very unorganized and most of the amenities were not available
I came here for almost a month and If I could add more stars and days i would. had my up and downs if it was not for the staff to clients if it was not for them I would not be here.
I was told I was being discharged because my insurance was d3nied but when I talked to my insurance company they said it was pending not denied. I was told this at 5 on a Friday so I couldn’t do a whole lot about it. This mare me uncomfortable
Was told transportion was provided to and from airport but I had to pay for Ubers both ways. also told there was massages and acupuncture. don’t trust anything call center tells you because they just work off commission. Beds and pillows are terrible
You guys need to focus more on the AA book when we arrive. Classes are nice but we need to be separated into Groups. The classes start to become repetitive after two and half weeks. The last week of our stay we need to focus on exiting out of here.
Food was repetitive, plain chicken no flavor, fish was dry and over done.
