While here there were roaches in one of the rooms I was in, bed-bugs in another clients room, a covid outbreak (several people reported never being tested), an overdose (some people reported not being properly searched coming in). Redundant classes,
My individual care was almost non existent. In 27 days I spoke to my therapist for less than an hour total. I spoke to my case worker for less than 30 mins total. Nobody proactively gave me updates on my length of stay. I had to chase them down
A girl bullied me, got in my face several times and called me a bitch. However, she didn't get kicked out, I was called not the "best fit" to transition to the Ghop program due to the incident. False handbook. Unprofessional nightshift. Not all staff
The last few days I have been very sick and trying to get a COVID test and no one will give me one. This has greatly soured my overall experience. The endless classes are also relentless and overwhelming, one day off a week would be much better.

this is a wonderful treatment center espically if you get the right therapist if you decide to come to this facility and you get provided a therapist and there not doing anything for you all you have to do is ask to switch there will be one for you

This place has set me back in my recovery. The Dr. stripped me of my anti depressants and other medication when got to the facility and refused to give me them until 8 days later. Arturo and Johanis were very helpful in correcting the issue.
