messed up my meds, didn't get auto-immune medicine for 4 days, couldn't have my personal books which is really stupid. Mixed up my therapists, conflicting reports on who my psychiatrist was. Can't have personal shampoo anymore. Place went downhill.
I am just going to say this. NO ONE KNOWS A DAMN THING, Not even the call center. Nothing they tell you is permanent or probably even true. Dont listen to anything they say if you decide to come here.Not even about where you think you will be staying
I experienced a lot of road blocks here, issues with staff and nurses not hearing me. I had to fight hard a to fight hard for information. No one is on the same page!!! Frustrating! There is staff here that doesn't deserve to be. T
My overall treatment was worthwhile only because i stayed clean, was safe and made good peers doing the same. The pool was amazing the food was great (lots of chicken and fish) but the doctor messed up my medication and forgot to order it twice!!!! I was treated badly by nurses when I hurt my knee and wanted to go to the hospital. If you need medical care this place will not let you see or talk to a medical doctor. The promise of dual treatment capabilities and proper accomadations are what brought me to choose this facility. I feel that it did not meet the expectations set by them. Most of the staff is extremely disrespectful and treat the clients like they are beneath them. I will never be coming back here and advise others not to send there loved ones here. Once here they will not discharge you and if you have to leave you will be given a bill, do not let the open door policy fool you. I do appreciate the handful of staff that actua... read more
