No comment not very happy with business issues!!!
Need a better variety of food. It seems like the same things were served over and over. The staff was incredible from the TA's, nurses, therapists, and everyone else. Anytime I had an issue or concern, there was always someone there to help me. I feel like I have gained a lot of strength and knowledge while I was here. Now for the next step GHOP.
There are a handful of staff members here that Ill remember forever. I have made life long friends here. The consistency and communication in this facility is poor. I have had bad experiences with being accused of doing drugs in treatment due to a false drug test and it was handled horrifically. They called my family and told them before I was told myself. After spending my two days at another rehab that do bait and click (Discovery Point Retreat, DO NOT GO) I researched and found Greenhouse. The treatment, staff and overall team members are outstanding, caring and thoughtful on how they take care of you. However, the food is abysmal, with breakfast being the worst meal. No variation, same semi-cold breakfast. The other two meals are barely worth the calories. The beds and pillows are the main reason why I am going them 4 stars. Was here for 3 days just to detox

at arrival the check in process took well over 7 hours, I spend 4 days here did not get any medication, so I had to whole cold turkey for all the withdraw. Also i never met my case manager or therapist, never got a full tour of the facility or a proper welcome. Then when i got discharged no talk to me about the discharged process so this morning I have been just going up and down just to be told to go talk to this person that person only for them to tell me to go to the case manager that i never met. I have had a wonderful experience at Greenhouse. Like many I came in broken and sick. This is my first rehab to go to but not my first bout of sobriety. With the help of Greenhouse it feels different. I was able to learn the skills that I can carry with me to achieve long term sobriety. They really do care about you well being and I highly recommend if you come in with the attitude of really wanting to stay clean and sober.
