I would recommend Baycroft Great Baddow highly. The staff are very caring and attentive. I have a friend who recently became a resident with dementia and I was very impressed at how well and quickly that she settled in. The staff feel that the residents should feel that it is their home and treat it as such. Well done!

The overall feel of the setting is friendly but professional. The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. The attention to detail is great and nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff. Spotlessly clean as well.

Great friendly staff, very caring. A beautiful home, doesn't feel as if it's 'care home', the focus is on being a 'home' for its clients. Nothing is too much for the staff, from the manager right down to domestics. They all work as a part of a very well run team. I would highly recommend Baycroft. Well done, keep up the excellent work.

Having visited a few times, I have enjoyed interaction with residents and staff, also using the facilities. I have been to other care homes, seeing friends, but find this one to be of a very high standard and at the same time having a 'homely' feel about it.

Excellent facility despite a few snags for a new build, e.g. phones in rooms. Medical care/medicine management needs to improve, but good foundations so as staff become more familiar and family/residents, I can see it will be of excellent quality.

I recently brought my mother-in-law to visit her childhood friend who is a resident at Baycroft, Great Baddow. The reception was accessible, clean, light and airy with a friendly atmosphere. My mother-in-law was invited to sit with her friend in the café area where they enjoyed catching up for over two hours. We heard that she has soon settled and that the Baycroft staff have been looking after her very well; she now has a direct dial phone number which will help the two of them stay in touch more regularly. The home facilities and care are first class. Staff are very caring. Food and dining facilities are a high standard. I am very happy and comfortable here. I think it is lovely.
