Care workers are wonderful, surroundings are very pleasant, food excellent with a pleasant atmosphere house-like, residents and staff are like friends and everything is clean.

Drove my mother to see her friend. We were met at the cafe and offered food and drink. Staff made us feel very welcome. The jellyfish and seahorses were amazing. The home felt very welcoming and friendly, with everyone looking very happy and content. A very clean home. Decor to a very high standard with huge rooms.

Whenever we have visited the staff are very friendly and accommodating, always ready for a chat. The facilities are excellent and there is always refreshments offered on visits. Good spacious outlook and pleasant surroundings and will look better when gardens are matured. Overall opinion excellent.

I would recommend Baycroft Great Baddow highly. The staff are very caring and attentive. I have a friend who recently became a resident with dementia and I was very impressed at how well and quickly that she settled in. The staff feel that the residents should feel that it is their home and treat it as such. Well done!

The overall feel of the setting is friendly but professional. The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. The attention to detail is great and nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff. Spotlessly clean as well.

Great friendly staff, very caring. A beautiful home, doesn't feel as if it's 'care home', the focus is on being a 'home' for its clients. Nothing is too much for the staff, from the manager right down to domestics. They all work as a part of a very well run team. I would highly recommend Baycroft. Well done, keep up the excellent work.

Having visited a few times, I have enjoyed interaction with residents and staff, also using the facilities. I have been to other care homes, seeing friends, but find this one to be of a very high standard and at the same time having a 'homely' feel about it.

Excellent facility despite a few snags for a new build, e.g. phones in rooms. Medical care/medicine management needs to improve, but good foundations so as staff become more familiar and family/residents, I can see it will be of excellent quality.
