I really cannot fault Baycroft in any way. All the staff are very friendly and caring, nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent and beautifully presented. The surroundings and facilities are 1st class and create a homely and comfortable atmosphere. I have already recommended Baycroft to a friend.

The home is very new and the staff are excellent. Food is well cooked and appetising. I cannot praise the staff enough for their understanding quietly coping with a difficult lady.

Very helpful, friendly staff, where nothing is too much trouble. Have made my mum feel welcome and always have her best interests at heart. Couldn't have chosen a better care home.

The staff at Baycroft assessed and in washing and dressing me, compensating for the limited use of my right arm and hand following insertion of a pacemaker; and in preparation of meals, enabled me to eat with a fork or spoon with my right hand.

Very pleased with the care nothing seems too much trouble and everyone very friendly, hope that this will continue as more people come in and that the standard of care will not be affected. Beautifully decorated and superb amenities. Food is very good.

This care home is brand new and has been finished to an extremely high standard. Everything is tastefully designed and colour schemes are beautiful. The staff are very friendly, welcoming very happy and can't do enough for you. My husband needs a hoist to be moved. The carers are all keen to help, answer quickly when he rings and are always suggesting ways to help his well being. Overall I think it's a good care home. I think the staff are pleasant and approachable and helpful. My mother finds the portions small. Especially the tea time and repetitive, mainly sandwiches. She also says the amount of interruptions of carers going in and out of her room means she doesn't fully rest. The recent fire drill gave confusion to both my mother and me and I think an up-to-date reminder of the drill should be issued to residents and family (and visitors should be made aware if a drill is to be carried out) alrea... read more

I attended the recent 'fair' at the home as I was invited by my brother, my sister-in-law's husband, I've known my sister-in-law for seventy-five years at least as our two families were friends. The only aspect of the home that was not excellent was the state of the garden - the beds, the lawn etc. There were quite a few weeds around, quite a few bare patches of lawn and the box hedging was dead (due to the invasive insects that nest in it).
