2 care givers quit because they were expected to spend their scheduled time with dad and do light housekeeping instead of being on their phones. One would take an hour or more running personal errands when only requesting 15 minutes while i was at the home. As far as i know she didnt leave him alone ever but she was livid that I would call to griswalde about her hour or two absences. She did this a few times. The care givers are amazing!! Very kind , reliable and competent. The owner is always available to help with any care issues. We had used a different agency and also a long term care facility before finding Griswold and Griswold is by far the best alternative for care for loved ones.

Michael has been wonderful, friendly and a great communicator. The aides are good with my mom but lack of cleaning up mom’s space. Bathroom bedroom and kitchen area are never swept up or mopped.

The live in aide was excellent. The night aides varied greatly, at least one was great and 2 were not very good. One no-show and one late cancelation.
