Jane was the most incredible caregiver we could have asked for! As for the agency itself I was not impressed. They never came out to assess my mom or meet us or see where there caregivers were staying. Not once did they call and ask how things were going. Once in a while they would notify us when Jane was leaving but rarely. Jane always let us know and made sure she knew who would replace her and would give mom the same amount of care that she did. Good except the caregiver wanted to quite on us the night before I was to move my mom; and she knew we were moving mom the next morning. I had to plead with her to stay.
