I felt that the care mom received from her caregiver was excellent. Past experiences that my uncle had over the past 7-8 years were w bit different. Being hard of hearing, the accents of some of the caregivers made it very hard to understand them. Although not their fault, finding someone with as little accent as possible is difficult but really necessary for the very hard of hearing. The only suggestion would be to try to build the replacement/part time caregiver pool bigger so that more consistent care could be provided wh... read more

When I needed home care for my Mom at the last minute, Griswold went over and beyond to find caring and competent care during the very busy holiday season (Christmas and New Years). Not only was this a busy time, but stressful and worrisome for us. However, with help from Griswold, they helped make it much easier. Thanks to Michele and her staff as well as the awesome caregivers for all your help and taking such good care of my Mom.

Griswold was exceptional. They were able to find a caregiver immediately. Each time our caregiver needed to time off we were supplied with another good person. My only issue was the extra pay for driving when the caregiver did not bring a car. Luckily she was able to use the car we had. Very pleased with how caring our caregiver was! Did a great job tending to every need. She fit in very well with all our family and the dynamics.
