Lizzy was very good company for my mother. My Mom wished she would have done a little more “work†around the house for her while she was there but I think Lizzy was letting Mom do what she could on her own.

The caregiver provided by Griswold Home Care could not have been better for my Mom. She was extremely patient and forgiving of Mom who could be more than testy and somewhat abusive at times. She understood Mom's condition and made allowances as needed. Mom loved her cooking and they were best friends even when Mom's confusion got the best of her.

We had one issue with the reliability of my grandfather’s first caregiver and, when we contacted the office, the matter was handled immediately and a new caregiver was assigned. Overall we had a great experience working with Griswold. Willie became a part of the family and helped my dad and the rest of us through an obviously trying time. Great caregiving, great value (price), friendly staff. The only recommendation for improvement I have is that at times I was a bit confused about invoicing and the initial contract.
