Wonderful, compassionate care from both of the caregivers and the staff from Griswold. Needing care for any loved one is already an overwhelming experience. Griswold handled everything smoothly and efficiently, always kept us informed of any changes and made the entire process so easy to transition to. So thankful that we found them.

My parents had a wonderful experience with the caregiver from Griswold. She genuinely cared for my sick father and she went above and beyond to be there for him. She had very good people skills as well and she knew when to step back and when to insert herself in our family and with my father. She was able to stay professional and not react in the face of some family stress. She was a blessing. My father and family will be forever grateful to her.

My Mother is 95 years old and needed help after 2 hospitalizations. Jane the caregiver assigned was so professional and kind. Even with my Mother screaming at her and being very difficult. She always addressed her respectfully and was always willing to help. I cannot say enough about this caregiver. If all of the employees are like Jane, I would highly recommend them.

My sister took a very quick downhill turn with regards to her health and I needed someone immediately. Griswold was recommended to me by one of my sisters hospice nurses. I called and spoke with Kathy and she was able to send a fantastic caregiver out the very same day. Jane, the caregiver from Griswold was AWESOME and a pleasure to work with. She made my sister feel comfortable during her final days. I highly recommend Griswold to anyone who is need of care for a loved one.

Griswold was there thru both my parent's care. Communication was superb, whenever insurance issues arose you stepped in to assist and you were very responsive to my parents needs regarding caregiver skills. Our ultimate full time caregiver Nona Valladares was amazing...became a member of our family and we remain in touch with her. I used the services of Griswald to take care of my Mother for approximately 6 years. They were always there for her and me and provided a qualified caregiver whenever needed. I feel very grateful for all of their help over the years!
