Very positive. The office staff (mostly work with Kathy and Deana) are great. Flexibility of schedule is great (we worked with another agency once before, and they were extremely rigid if we ever needed to change a caregiver's hours for a particular day -- we love how Griswold lets us work out one-off schedule adjustments with the caregiver). And whenever we needed to change caregivers for one reason or another, Kathy we always responsive and so helpful, and always found us someone in a timely fashion.
