Griswold is fantastic! They helped us with in-home care for Mom and provided excellent support for our family. For a variety of reasons, our mom was admitted to an assisted living facility. She recently returned home and Griswold was our first call. Although Mom's needs are now more extensive than Griswold can provide, Anne connected us with the appropriate care provider and followed up several times to ensure we had the right coverage. We as a family have been very happy with Griswold and the care they are giving my Mom . I am especially grateful for all the Support Theresa Williams has given us with the scheduling , finding the perfect caregiver and mostly just being so understanding and supportive to me and my family to meet all my Moms needs. I would highly recommend Griswold because they become part of the family and it's so nice to know my Mom is receiving such good care . Again Thank Griswold and Theresa!!

When my good friend was in need of post-surgical household assistance, I recommended Griswold without hesitation. I had met Anne a number of years ago and was very pleased with the care and compassion the caregivers from Griswold provided for my family member. Fast forward and I met with Anne again to discuss my friend's needs. Every person I dealt with at Griswold were wonderful. I owe a sincere amount of gratitude to Nancy McCaffery, Case Manager, for always ensuring my mom had 24 hour coverage on a day to day basis. The CNA's she assigned to assist with my mom's care were always professional and caring. Her compassion and kindness toward my mom and myself is beyond reproach. I highly recommend Griswold for all home care needs.

It took awhile to find a good caregiver match. Partly b/c I wanted to try a male. When that didn't fit our needs, we switched to finding an experienced female caregiver. Our current aide is experienced with caring for people with dementia and knows what to expect and how to handle current and future circumstances related to dementia care.
