Tonya and Keita are both really caring people. They interact well with my stepmother, Jean. She has dementia and most of the time doesn't remember them, but once they start talking to her and helping her, she calms down. We are very fortunate to have them caring for her.

We have been very satisfied with her experience with Griswold. We have some excellent caregivers and our experience with the office staff since we have had Nancy as a case manager has been excellent.

Staff and caregivers have been very good. Of course some are better than others. Ngozi has been excellent. I realize that your prices are competitive but still they are higher than we would like. Office staff has been very responsive.

First and foremost, our Care provider Diana Schuler is the absolute BEST!! She is patient, reliable, professional, and attentive to my mom's physical and emotional needs while in her care. I am so thankful to have her provide such excellent care to my mom where I can leave home without worrying about my mom's well-being with peace of mind and that says ALOT!
