So far I have had a very good experience with both the office staff and caregiver for my mother. It's only been a short time, but my mom seems comfortable and happy with her care. She has dementia so it it hard to tell. But seeing them together, my mom's attitude toward her caregiver seems genuine and happy. It also takes a lot of worry off my mind as I live quite far away and can't be there on a daily basis.

I am very pleased overall , the incident with the caregiver not showing up was not your fault . The caregivers have been impressive ,very professional and caring . Carla has been great and always pleasant ,too. I feel that I have made the correct choice using your agency .

Office staff very professional and understanding. Caregiver could be more engaging with patient client. Would like to see patient sitting up higher when drinking, having sweater offered when in short sleeves without being reminded.
