Carla is awesome. Very pleasant and listens to concerns. She's great at finding a replacement that is a good fit for the client. Although Jeanine and Ya are fairly new companions, they are very helpful and my Dad really likes them.

we've had Griswold for over 5 years. I could not have asked for a better team of caregivers and office staff. Nancy is our caseworker and works hard to find what we are looking for in a caregiver for our fathers needs. they have been compassionate and loving. I would suggest more training for staff such as CPR and brief changing as well as changing a bed with an immobile patient in it. I have recommended Griswold each time someone asks me if I know of an agency for their parents.
