"Bought a used Honda CR-V from this dealership. Saleswoman..." Bought a used Honda CR-V from this dealership. Saleswoman added a $500 "administration fee" at the last minute, after refusing to budge on the sticker price. Never mentioned this fee until it was time to sign. Perhaps this is "done by all other dealerships," but it sure feels sleazy. Good businesses don't tell me a product costs one thing and add a last minute fee, just before I'm going to buy it.
