BAIT AND SWITCH! Don’t trust what is told to you when working a deal for a new Toyota! Expect to get no great feeling about this place. But DO expect to have them try to take advantage of you! And DO expect poor customer service by not holding to their promises, also NOT showing you all the features on your new car! DON’t expect a follow up contact after the deal! DON’t expect any updates or communication. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN, THEY ARE THE STEREOTYPICAL CAR DEALER! BE CAREFUL!

Booked an appointment with the automated system on Tuesday. My appointment was for 11:45, 17th of February. I showed up at 11:30 waited about 5 minutes to be checked in. The service rep could not find me in the system. He said no problem took my name and phone number and said it would be about an hour. Received a text that my car was in for service if I had any questions and it gave me a phone number. I waited about an hour I saw that my car was being worked on. Run away from this dealer! John Soto's word means nothing. When we put a deposit on a Camry, he repeatedly committed to delivery by the end of year. We asked what happened if they couldn't deliver by end of year? John responded "Oh don't worry. I PROMISE we'll refund your deposit." Called on 12/27 and again on 12/30, no car. I requested we cancel the reservation and his tone drastically changed, Jeckyll-and-Hyde-style and he became threatening. Told me "his manager" won't refund it and he wasn't sure he could even cancel the... read more

I have purchased several vehicles from this location in the past but I went to look for a vehicle last weekend for my daughter and the cars were super dirty. I guess no more cleaning of vehicles before putting them out for sale.

"The evening of Labor Day Monday I came into the showroom...." The evening of Labor Day Monday I came into the showroom. I was greeted by a young woman at the desk. I was looking to lease a RAV4 so I went to their to look at the cars. While I looked at the cars and eventually came back inside and sat on a chair.... not one salesperson acknowledged. I am disappointed. I feel neglected and marginalized. I do not recommend this establishment. My experience was not good.

"I have been hounded by this dealership wanting to buy my..." I have been hounded by this dealership wanting to buy my used Toyota. I thought I might as well see what i could get. Bad move. I was treated so disrespectfully by the individual that I met with. He was rude and dismissive. He acted like he was doing me a favor. Love my Toyota a s even like the service folks here. But I will NEVER deal with the sales team again.

"Failure to complete stated service " Please note I was told by your service representative reference Express/084, R\O number 106225977/1 that he would have the spare tire replaced with the road hazard guaranteed tire and wheel and the spare replaced in the appropriate location and not just thrown in the back of my van. "given the run around for a week" Manager was very apologetic. Sales: 1. told me the vehicle needed to be inspected. 2. Vehicle needed more time for inspection 3. I couldn't come see the car. 4. Told come down to test drive. 5. Emailed me that the vehicle had an issue and not to come as I was half way there. 6. Sold the car while the car was being worked on. 7. Was ted a week of my time.

"Service rip-off" do not frequent this joint; they forgot to put my oil cap back on after an oil change and I had no oil in the engine for one week; said I had a radiator leak; found antifreeze coolant all ove my garage floor; you cannot talk to any one in the service dept by phone, it's all chat; went back and they blew me off. this dealer is rotten. emmett leonard
