"Repeatedly Poor Service Experiences" My experience today was the Icing on the cake. After making an appointment for my 15,000 mile service. I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in. They told me it would be about 40 minutes to complete the work which included an inspection, fluid level check and tire rotation. "They Trick the Elderly" Groove/Burt Toyota exclusively took care of my grandfather's Toyota for 15 years. After his death we took the car to another mechanic only to find that Groove had been using incorrect part and unsafe techniques in their work. Incorrect hoses were used and gaskets were broken from improper fittings and connections. Things were repaired in consistently lazy rip shod manners throughout the vehicle. He was straight forward, drove the car I was interested in to my house, and answered every question I had in a professional straight forward manner.
