Trash warranty. Sends bad parts and dosent want to pay when they fail as well. Horrible customer service, rude and downs you.

The company thinks it's okay to put new parts in the car and leave the metal in the upper and lower unit and not have it removed for a month and a half my car is in the shop they keep on asking me to do the tear down that they don't pay for so far I ripped the top end the lower end and everything else in between show them the metal and all the damage and they only want to give me 1300 in change to fix the car that's how much money it cost me personally for the rip down that this company does not pay for and they only want to... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Gwc has been the worst! I literally thought I was going to be getting a good warranty company. I have felt good knowing I had gwc incase of any issues and when a covered repairs did finally pop up! Now they are just a nightmare. No rental expenses covered ! The adjuster Jason didn’t return my call…. This is the first time I tried to use my warranty in 4yrs and they trying to find every reason under the sun not to cover the expense!!!!! It took them a few day because they didn’t want to cover the warranty. The warranty is not bumper to bumper!!!! No warranty on electric parts!!!!!

Horrible company. They dont answer thier phone. Have tried several times to cancel. Every review I write is replied to with a generic message asking for vin or my number. To which they never respond. They need shut down. And stop having my reviews removed! I say nothing untrue, vulger, or degrading. Avoid them, in fact everyone needs to spread the word to shut them down. Class action suit, and report them to bbb. We need to do all we can. I have written a review here before and its gone now!

Poor company that doesnt answer the phone. Have tried for months to cancel my policy and they never answer. They had a listing on Google. Was almost all bad reviews similar to mine. They had google remove the listing completly. Got a warranty thru them on my kia. And kia gave me coverage thru 300k not long after buying it and no longer wanted this one figured id get my money back. Nope they won't answer. Find a better company

According to my mechanic long wait times on the phone to get authorization and there is always a curve to how it will be handled. You guys were able to get the situation handled but I had to definitely play an excessive amount in order to get the mechanic shop to Warranty the job. They wanted OEM components in order to fully warranty and you guys would not compromised.
