really bad ! you think you buy an extended warranty so you have no problems when it comes to faulty engines. but these people will go back and forth with so that they won't approve the engine repairs.

ALL worries no drive, that's what the slogan should be, good luck calling on hold forever, then when they pick up they put you hold....If you take your car in they will challenge all repairs, If you talk to anyone they will all tell you something different, it take 3 weeks to get anything done....once they pay anything major forget it, they lost money and don't plan on loosing anymore and will deny everything moving forward....

I would NEVER buy again,contract stated it covered brake lines and hoses,but because they were rusted,they wouldn't cover,always gave an excuse not to cancel contract,now my water pump is leaking,cant wait to see excuse they will have this time.If not covered I will go DIRECTLY to the dealer and demand cancellation.

WORST WARRANTY COMPANY EVER!
GWC is a joke. Do NOT buy this warranty. They go out of there way to find a reason not to cover the parts or Labor. I have the highest possible coverage they offer and they still do not approve my repairs. Save your money and pay for it yourself!

FRAUD ALERT!!!! FRAUD ALERT!!!! GWC warranty is a fraudulent company. They use the tactic of causing the customer a great deal of financial responsibility prior to agreeing to pay for any type of repairs. Dealership states car needs new engine @ 51,000 because of piston ring failure. GWC requested maintenance records then required 22 hours of labor @ $150/hr to rule out negligence. GWC sent out 2 investigators to inspect the car. Their investigators both found no signs of negligence. GWC requires pictures of cylinder. ... read more
