I went in on Saturday to get the remaining items fixed on my car. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they were able to take care of everything within a few hours. Now my car has a clean bill of health, and my next visit will just be for an oil change. Once again, my service rep was very professional and friendly. He clearly communicated every step so I understood what was being done and made sure I wasn’t double charged for a diagnostic since I had been in earlier this month when the issue was first identified. It's a very clean dealership. I really loved the atmosphere. Despite the fact I had to wait a long time for my oil change, I really appreciated the vehicle inspection report.
