The Gwinnett Place Nissan Team was great! I called with an emergency after my car wouldn't start to get checked out asap. They said I could come in asap. After calling Roadside Assistance, for help in getting started, I drove straight to the Nissan. Apparently the battery and a filter were the problem. Service completed within a couple of hours. I used to work for this store. They are now owned by Berkshire Hathaway. I purchased a vehicle that had been sitting on the lot for almost 400 days. The vehicle had multiple issues. Scratched tint and glass, tree sap and swirls in the paint, and scuffs and marks on the wheels. They fixed EVERYTHING for me! It the best dealer I get for my car other dealer told me they can’t loose the drain pan plug(bolt) I hope 14” but Gwinnett Nissan they did good job plus not hide anything everything is on the paper what ever service determined by customer they don’t pressure you it is on the app from start to finish just check your phone what the text is I like this place
