Nick was very friendly and helpful. He did not try to upsell me on services that I did not need but shared recommended services for the next visit. The price was reasonable. The travel distance was further from my home but worth it.

I love my used 2022 Murano. Its my fourth Nissan purchase. The previous ones have been Maximas, with the first being in 1988. I appreciate the quality of the brand, thus my loyalty. There was a little issue regarding floor mats with my recent purchase and I needed to have some intervention to get it resolved. During this process, I met the parts manager and found him to be both professional and kind. To be concise, they did the right thing, despite not being legally required to do so.
