I took My Nissan Rogue S for $5000 miles service on 01/06/26 at Gwinnett Place Nissan. Service Advisor Marcus provided explanations and answered all my questions in a professional, courteous, friendly, kind and respectful manner. I chose to wait. The wait time was appropriate, not long. My thanks to Marcus and team.

The Gwinnett Place Nissan Team was great! I called with an emergency after my car wouldn't start to get checked out asap. They said I could come in asap. After calling Roadside Assistance, for help in getting started, I drove straight to the Nissan. Apparently the battery and a filter were the problem. Service completed within a couple of hours. I used to work for this store. They are now owned by Berkshire Hathaway. I purchased a vehicle that had been sitting on the lot for almost 400 days. The vehicle had multiple issues. Scratched tint and glass, tree sap and swirls in the paint, and scuffs and marks on the wheels. They fixed EVERYTHING for me!
