Nice atmosphere and waiting room. They found the problem, resolved it when I had a follow up issue, took it back the following week and they resolved the issue and I'm happy with going back to them again. Nice advisor as well.
I called to get information on a service I needed. OJ assisted me over the phone by explaining the process in a way that I would understand and not be frustrated. I appreciate him for doing so.
