It's very clean and comfortable in the waiting room. . love the coffee experience of many kinds. My question of service were answered fast. Pricing was a little more than it should be for basic fluid changes but to expected due to bad government policies. But over all fair. I also must give this dealer a 10 on there service. Now just a note, personal should be warmer when talking with customers, a smile and small talk goes a long way in anyone's day. Be happy, smile Keep up the good support.
On January 22nd, I visited Gwinnett Place Nissan to test drive the car I was interested in, after speaking with sales manager Jamel Carter on January 17th. The experience exceeded my expectations. Jamel, along with Juan and Danny (Sales Associates), Ibro (Used Car Manager), and Aden (Finance Manager), worked together to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, fair numbers, affordable monthly payments, and a great warranty. I highly recommend Gwinnett Place Nissan for excellent customer service and a great deal.

After a terrible experience at Kennesaw Nissan this dealership was exceptional. Jamel took my call and listened to me explain how Kennesaw Nissan straight up lied about pricing and rebates. Jamel assured me that their online price was accurate and there would be no haggling. When I came to purchase, everything was exactly as promised. Nice atmosphere and waiting room. They found the problem, resolved it when I had a follow up issue, took it back the following week and they resolved the issue and I'm happy with going back to them again. Nice advisor as well.
I called to get information on a service I needed. OJ assisted me over the phone by explaining the process in a way that I would understand and not be frustrated. I appreciate him for doing so.
