Vehicle was done ahead of time The service dept took my vehicle in on short notice. Vehicle was done head of the time I was told. The only issue I had was that I had to return later that day to get the engine coolant topped off after the coolant was changed. Alex told me to return with the vehicle and he personally topped it up.
Sales NO Service Yes!!!!! I went to Halton Honda in October 2017 to buy a new Civic. I found the salesman to be rude,condescending and treated me like i new nothing about cars. I wanted a silver Civic and he told me there were none left anywhere and i must choose red or blue. I obviously left frustrated, But! found a silver EX less than 50 miles away and i bought it. Service + Technical Expertise = Awesome Job I've been with this dealer for almost 30 years now and they have not let me down yet. They are staffed with competent technicians and CS staff that are very attentive to your needs. I took all my Civics there for service over the years and they always come through for me. Always excellent service at Halton Honda. I have been going to Halton Honda for years now and have always had excellent service. Jeff Flanigan knows exactly what we want in a vehicle and gets us the deal that works for us. The guys in service are always professional and helpful especially Brad who really takes care of you.

In for oil hange and winter tire replacement. Attended without and appointment and Alex took care of me immediately. I agreed to wait and the total service along with a car wash took a little over one hour. I was directed to the waiting area, read, had a coffee and checked news on the computer. Time flre by and Alex called me, everything done and my vehicle parked right outside.
Excellent Service Servicing my Accord at Halton Honda is like coming home to family. Brad is one of my favourite Service Advisors because he knows his job very well. I can count on him for all of my cars service needs. The whole dealership is great. Sales also great to work with. Without doubt Halton Honda is the BEST. I wouldn’t buy or service my cars anywhere else. Keep up the wonderful work !
I would recommend this dealership only for service. Your sales team is very bad. Only car service department is excellent. I would recommend that your sales team need improvement. They are not helpful.
